| Privacy Policy In order to deliver your information packages I will need your eMail address (for eMail delivery), or your street address (for postal deliver). Because of this I figured I should write a privacy policy. The short version is: I don't have the time to share any of your personal data and I don't see a good reason to do so. Here's the long version if you really need one: I will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes and will only disclose your personal information with your explicit consent. Third parties are not permitted to sell the information I provide to them, to market directly to you, or to disclose it in any other way without your explicit consent. I share your personal information with Internal Service Providers for my operations only to facilitate or out source a service or operation when absolutely necessary and under confidential restrictions. If YOU request I'll share your personal information with others to allow members to contact you. But this is only with your prior consent. I disclose limited personal contact information to verified requests by law enforcement and government officials who conduct criminal investigations, and require a subpoena for additional personal information. If the policy changes I'll provide you with a notice. Other endeavors that I'm part of do have your information, because I have your information. Does that make sense? I try to use safest, newest, secure technology and other privacy protection programs to keep your personal information secure. However, I can not be held responsible for a technology breakdown, or someone hacking into my site. Personally I don't see why anyone would want to hack this site, but you never know. |
